The members of AKA beat come from various musical backgrounds.
Dave, Tom, and Sue have been in numerous bands around the metropolitan Detroit area for many years.
Fred and George have been together since the late 60's..they have recorded two singles at
Motown, Hitsville Studios "Rare Earth" label, and traveled on the road. They have recorded on 4 albums of contemporary Rock Gospel music,and have also appeared on TV shows with David Ruffen and Diana Ross
